Before I found Kristina, I felt like I had tried everything to treat my eczema. I had tried all the topical medications, did an allergy patch test, cut out all cosmetic products that had my allergens or irritants in them and I was getting no relief.  After working with her, it became very apparent that my diet was influencing my skin reactions; an idea never even mentioned by any one of the dozens of doctors I had seen.  Having experienced this condition herself, I found her empathy and compassion extremely comforting.  Kristina was so understanding and informative and mapped out a really clear plan for me to follow.  I found the condition of my skin improve significantly under her care and I firmly believe that would not have happened if I never worked with her. It is evident that Kristina truly wants to help her clients solve the issues of what is triggering their skin flare ups and I am forever grateful that I found her.
